Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rotini
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. seasoned croutons

Method

  • Combine ham, pasta, broccoli, salad dressing, milk, red or green pepper and 1 cup cheese in bowl; mix gently.
  • Spoon into 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and croutons.
  • Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
