Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. frozen egg noodles (has to be frozen--found at Kroger)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Method
- Heat oil and onion. Add water and chicken. Heat to boil. Add salt, cook 3 - 4 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cook 4 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Put in crock pot on low.
