Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp onion, diced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
Method
- Melt butter in a pan and sautee the onions and garlic until soft and fragrant - approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cover. Flip chicken after 5 minutes. Serve with sauce poured over the top.
