Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
Method
- First mix jello with boiling water.
- Set in refrigerator. When cake is done, stick holes in cake.
- Pour lemon jello over cake.
- Mix 1 box powdered sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice; spread over cake.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Use 12 x 9-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
