Ingredients
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (29 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 c. (two 12 fluid oz. cans) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
Method
- Combine filling ingredients in order given.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
- Reduce temperature to 350° and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or clean knife test. Makes two 9-inch pies.
