- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 package Sliced Ham
Method
- 1.
- Soften the cream cheese for ~5 minutes in a bowl of warm water.
- 2.
- Take 1 slice of ham and place it on a cutting board.
- Pat it dry with a towel.
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese over the entire surface of the ham.
- 3.
- Roll the ham slice up like rolling up wrapping paper.
- Slice into 3/4 bites.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you are out of ham slices.
- Serve with toothpicks.
