Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Prepare jello according to package directions.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Chill until set.
- Stir congealed gelatin with fork until broken up.
- Add pineapple, marshmallows, coconut and whipped topping.
- Mix well.
- Chill until serving time.
- Makes 10 servings.
