Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
Method
- Add eggs to milk.
- Stir. Then add extract, juice and rind. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar slowly and then salt. Pour filling into baked pie shell.
- Top with egg whites.
- Bake at 375° until brown.
