Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. water
- 2 oz. instant coffee
- 5th Bourbon or Vodka
- 2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise
Method
- Make simple syrup by boiling sugar and water for 5 minutes. While hot; add instant coffee.
- Let cool.
- Put into gallon jug. Add liquor and vanilla beans.
- Let stand 2 weeks.
- Note:
- Keep vanilla beans and add 1 fresh bean for next brew.
