Ingredients
- 2 packages crackers Maria, or shortbread biscuits
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 7 1/8 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1 3/8 cups almond flakes
- almonds to decorate
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
Method
- Break the the biscuits into pieces and reduce them to flour, in a blender, or crush with a rolling pin.
- Add all ingredients except the egg, and mix well.
- Add the egg and stir well with a wooden spoon, or an electric mixer until dough is homogeneous.
- Place the dough on a plate, and refrigerate for a few minutes. Or freeze if you are in hurry. Form small balls, and decorate with almonds to taste.
- Place in small paper molds and refrigerate until serving.
