Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Method

  • Mix together Jell-O and water.
  • In another bowl mix softened cream cheese with sugar; add Jell-O mixture.
  • Beat until blended. Take the Pet milk which has been in the freezer and is chilled and icy;
  • beat until it is thick and fluffy, like Cool Whip but not stiff.
  • Add the Jell-O mixture, folding together with a wood spoon.
  • Do not use a metal spoon, it will flatten the mixture. Spread mixture over cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Cut in squares and serve.
  • You can sprinkle a few cracker crumbs over the top for decoration.
