Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
  • 3 or 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls

Method

  • Pat crescent rolls on cookie sheet; do not stretch.
  • Pinch edges together to form a crust.
  • Bake according to package directions; cool.
  • Mix mayo, cream cheese and Ranch dressing together.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on top of baked rolls. Press veggies lightly into cheese.
  • Chill.
  • Cut into bite-size pieces.
