Ingredients
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 3/4 c. red pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
- 3 or 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
Method
- Pat crescent rolls on cookie sheet; do not stretch.
- Pinch edges together to form a crust.
- Bake according to package directions; cool.
- Mix mayo, cream cheese and Ranch dressing together.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top of baked rolls. Press veggies lightly into cheese.
- Chill.
- Cut into bite-size pieces.
