Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.)
  • 4 oz. linguine, cooked, drained (about 2 cups)
  • 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Grated peel and juice from 1 medium lemon

Method

  • Spray medium skillet with cooking spray.
  • Add vegetables; cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Add chicken breast strips and linguine; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
