Ingredients
- 2 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.)
- 4 oz. linguine, cooked, drained (about 2 cups)
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Grated peel and juice from 1 medium lemon
Method
- Spray medium skillet with cooking spray.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add chicken breast strips and linguine; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
