Ingredients
- 2 pkg. cube steak
- 3 pkg. beef gravy mix
- 3 large onions
Method
- Cut steak into small pieces.
- Flour and fry brown on both sides.
- Mix gravy mix according to directions on package.
- Let set while steak is frying.
- Slice up onions.
- Put onions in bottom of baking pan.
- Lay steak on top of onions.
- Stir gravy mix good and pour over steak.
- Cover pan and put in oven at 375° and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
