Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 c. crushed seasoned croutons

Method

  • Arrange chicken breasts in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (spray with cooking spray first).
  • Sprinkle generous amount of shredded Mozzarella cheese over top of chicken.
  • Mix mushroom soup and wine and pour over the chicken.
  • Mix the melted margarine and crushed croutons and spread over top.
  • Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°, uncovered, or until chicken is tender.
