Ingredients
- 2 medium heads cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 small jar pimentos, diced
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Heat to boiling and pour over cabbage.
- Refrigerate 12 hours. Improves with age.
- Slaw will keep at least one week.
