Ingredients
- 1 small pan cornbread, crumbled
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
- 1 c. mayonnaise, thinned with 1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
Method
- Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cornbread, 1/2 chopped ingredients and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture. When thoroughly mixed, add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Mix in some Bac*Os.
- Chill.
- Best if prepared a day ahead and allowed to stand in refrigerator overnight.
