Ingredients

  • 1 small pan cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 c. mayonnaise, thinned with 1/4 c. sweet pickle juice

Method

  • Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cornbread, 1/2 chopped ingredients and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture. When thoroughly mixed, add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Mix in some Bac*Os.
  • Chill.
  • Best if prepared a day ahead and allowed to stand in refrigerator overnight.
