Ingredients

  • 1 jar of T. Marzetti's Southwestern Caesar Dressing
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • Salmon Fillets
  • Papricka (or any of your favorite spices)
  • Honey (optional)
  • Romain lettuce/spinach

Method

  • Preheat oven 250 degrees
  • Place THAWED Salmon on cookie sheet/shallow pan
  • Drizzle honey on top (optional)
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Broil for another 5 minutes (optional, but it gives the 'grilled' taste)
  • Each serving gets a bowl/plate of romaine/spinach. Place salmon on top, sprinkle with paprika (or your favorite spice). Dish out some black beans and corn on salad. I like to decorate mine with cherry or grape tomatoes too J Finish off with drizzling the southwestern Caesar dressing on top or serve on the side.
