Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. ice cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tbsp. Hershey's fudge topping
- 3 tbsp. Creme De Menthe (optional)
Method
- Let ice cream soften and place 1/2 of it in a bowl; stir until creamy.
- Add Creme De Menthe, place in loaf pan (11x3/4x5-1/2-inches).
- Crush Oreos and place on top of ice cream.
- Microwave fudge topping until warm and place on top of cookies.
- Add remaining ice cream.
- Cover with foil and freeze for about 4 hours.
