Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pasta (noodles, spaghetti, shells, etc.)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 7 tsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Method
- Boil pasta.
- Set aside.
- Spray nonstick pan with oil.
- Saute peppers and onion until tender.
- Add pasta and stir; add soy sauce and water.
- Let simmer about 10 minutes.
