Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 or 3 Irish potatoes, sliced
- 2 or 3 sliced onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter to taste
- 1 can tomato soup (I use catsup)
- 1 c. water
Method
- Plate alternate layers of ground beef, potatoes and onions in a buttered dish.
- Salt and pepper each layer.
- Place pieces of butter on top.
- Dilute soup with 1 can of water.
- Pour over the mixture.
- Cover and cook done (1 hour) at 350°.
- Brown the beef before you alternate it in the casserole with the onions.
