Ingredients
- 6 c. flour
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
Method
- In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles cornmeal.
- Store in airtight container in cool dry place.
- Use within 1 month.
- Makes about 13 cups.
