Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes vanilla pudding (same directions on box)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
  • 2 small pkg. frozen coconut
  • 2 medium tubs Cool Whip
  • 1 jar cherries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 cake layers

Method

  • Put 1 cake layer in bottom of a large punch bowl.
  • Starting at top of ingredients, layer pudding, cherry pie filling, pineapple, fruit cocktail, coconut, pecans and Cool Whip; put 1 layer of each.
  • Add other cake layer and start over.
  • Put cherries on top of cake.
