Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/2 lb. cooked hot dogs
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 1/2 c. cooked peeled cubed potatoes
- mayonnaise (to moisten the mixture)
Method
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Use only enough mayonnaise to moisten the mixture.
- Chill well about 1 to 5 hours before serving.
