Ingredients
- 16 ounces water
- 4 ounces (by vol) lavender
Method
- Bring water to a simmer, and add lavender springs. Simmer for about 10 minutes then double strain, retaining the liquid.
- While still hot, add equal parts honey to the lavender water and stir until the honey dissolves.
- Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. The syrup should hold for about a week.
