Ingredients
- 1 lb. lamb chunks
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 squeezed lime
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 large bay leaf, crumbled
Method
- Marinate lamb chunks in rest of ingredients for four hours or more. Skewer chunks onto bamboo skewers and bake over charcoal for 15 minutes.
