Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips 73% Cacao, Plus 1/3 Cup To Sprinkle Over Batter
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 cups Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts

Method

  • Place 1/2 cup chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until the consistency of coarse sand.
  • Pulse in coconut flour, salt and baking soda until combined.
  • Pulse in eggs, agave, grapeseed oil and vanilla.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pyrex dish.
  • Sprinkle walnuts and remaining chocolate chips over the batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 2530 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
