Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag egg noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. cornflakes
  • cinnamon and sugar

Method

  • Boil noodles and drain.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add milk, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 of measured butter.
  • Add noodles.
  • Mix together.
  • Use remaining butter to grease 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
  • Pour in noodle mixture.
  • Top with cornflakes and cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  • Serve warm or cold.
