Ingredients
- 1 lb. bag egg noodles
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 c. cornflakes
- cinnamon and sugar
Method
- Boil noodles and drain.
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 of measured butter.
- Add noodles.
- Mix together.
- Use remaining butter to grease 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
- Pour in noodle mixture.
- Top with cornflakes and cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Serve warm or cold.
