Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 chicken, cut up
Method
- Put rice, soup, water and onion soup mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Mix together.
- Place chicken pieces on top in single layer.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper (or any favorite seasoning) over top of chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
