Ingredients
- 8 ounces emmenthaler cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (or Swiss or Gruyere)
- 6 hardboiled egg, coarsely chopped
- 34 cup sour cream
- 1 12 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 12 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- greens, for serving (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
Method
- Combine all ingredients except greens and mix well.
- Serve on a bed of greens.
