Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups apples, raw, pared and diced
- 1 cup nuts, your choice
Method
- Mix ingredients well.
- Fold in 3 cups diced raw pared apples and nuts.
- Bake in greased 9x13-inch pan at 350* for 50 minutes.
