Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 3/4 c. margarine
Method
- Mix together and pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with margarine; pour on top of vegetables. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
