Ingredients
- 14 whole graham crackers
- 1 to 2 c. pecan pieces
- 1/2 lb. butter (must be butter!)
- 1/2 c. sugar, granulated
Method
- Spread graham crackers on a cookie sheet.
- Cook butter and sugar at rolling boil for 2 minutes.
- Pour over graham crackers and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake 8 minutes at 350°.
- Cut "cookies" while warm.
