Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. steak sauce
  • drop of hot pepper sauce
  • 2/3 c. prepared white sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Combine chicken and celery in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, stir together grated onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire steak sauce, hot sauce and white sauce.
  • Stir in mayonnaise; stir to combine.
  • Mix mayonnaise mixture with chicken and celery, stirring to thoroughly coat.
  • Cover; refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
