Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • Melt margarine, add sugar and brown sugar.
  • Mix in flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt until crumbly.
  • Remove 1 cup to small bowl; add nuts and cinnamon.
  • Mix well, set aside.
  • To remaining mixture, add rest of the ingredients.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° approximately 45 minutes.
