Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper corns
  • 1/4 cup water ( to make into paste )
  • 500 grams chicken pieces
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blended contents
  • 2 large onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Refined oil
  • 1 tsp curry leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 dozen coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp ghee fried chopped cashews

Method

  • Marinate chicken for 30 mins
  • In pan pour oil and saute chopped onions till transparency
  • add Ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and saute
  • Add just the marinated Chicken pieces and leave for 10 mins, then add marinated stock water
  • After a boil, add salt and add 1 cup water and boil again
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and ghee fried chopped cashews
