Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno pepers
  • 3 oz grater monterrey jack
  • 3 oz cheddar
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (i used valentina but u can use tabasco or any of you like)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 or 5 cups ov vegetable oir to deep-fry
  • 1/2 tbsp peper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Method

  • wash and cut the jalapenos, just cut the tail side cut the top veins with a knife then i used a bottom part of the spoon rotaring inside the jalapeno to extract the veins and seeds!
  • mix the cheese, hot sauce, oregano, salt and peper!
  • then stuff the chiles with the mix!
  • in another shallow bowl lightly beat egg dip chiles in it!
  • then coated with bread crumbs, put them on a plate, keep coating the rest, then go back to the first one dip in on egg again and put another coat of bread crumbs!
  • heat oil to aroud 325 in a medium sauce pan!
  • once is hot fry chiles in batches until golden brown or about 5 to 6 mins!
  • then dry them in a bunch of towels to take some grease off!
  • and they ready!
  • i will suggest dip them with ranch!
