Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 10 oz. 7-Up
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
- 2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
Method
- Mix butter, flour and nuts and press in pan for crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
- Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and pour into cooled crust.
- Mix 7-Up, cornstarch, sugar and Jell-O and cook until thick.
- Cool and add peaches and pour on top of pie.
