Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 9 ounce. Cold Whip
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. melted butter, additional
  • 7-8 sliced hard bananas
  • Minced nuts and maraschino cherries for garnish

Method

  • Combine crumbs and 3/4 c. butter.
  • Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 8 min at 350 degrees.
  • Cold.
  • Beat together the lowfat milk, powdered sugar, and additional butter.
  • When crust has cooled pour the beaten mix into it.
  • Now, layer in order given the pineapple, sliced bananas, and Cold Whip.
  • Garnish with nuts and cherries.
  • Refrigerateovernight or possibly for several hrs.
