Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Thaw carrots, cauliflower, green beans and drain.
  • Pour dressing over thawed vegetables.
  • Add pimentos.
  • Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  • Drain.
  • Combine vegetable mixture with cheese and mix lightly.
  • Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving.
  • Makes approximately 6 servings.
