Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen sliced carrots
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Thaw carrots, cauliflower, green beans and drain.
- Pour dressing over thawed vegetables.
- Add pimentos.
- Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- Drain.
- Combine vegetable mixture with cheese and mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving.
- Makes approximately 6 servings.
