Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can Spanish rice, drained
- 1 can Ranch Style or Mexican beans, drained (you may use some juice)
- salt to your own taste
- chili powder to your own taste
- garlic salt to your own taste
Method
- Brown the beef and onion in skillet.
- Add the rice and beans. Add salt, chili powder and garlic salt to taste.
- Cook together. Simmer and top with grated cheese; heat until melted.
