  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Method

  • The mixture is right

  • ready
  • when the whole piece of meat is gathered in
  • the center of your bowl.
  • Mix and fold until this happens.
  • Form into meatballs the size you prefer. Cook until brown
  • on
  • both
  • sides in hot oil. Drop gently into spaghetti sauce.
  • Let meatballs cook in sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
