Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Method
- By
- hand,
- mix all
- ingredients
- very thoroughly.
- The mixture is right
- and
- ready
- when the whole piece of meat is gathered in
- the center of your bowl.
- Mix and fold until this happens.
- Form into meatballs the size you prefer. Cook until brown
- on
- both
- sides in hot oil. Drop gently into spaghetti sauce.
- Let meatballs cook in sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
