Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fettuccine, cooked
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- While noodles are cooking, beat egg yolks lightly with fork, then add the milk, sour cream, melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat, then add noodles.
- Add additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
