Ingredients

  • 1 paper lunch sack
  • 1/4 cup of popcorn
  • finely ground salt
  • olive, canola,
  • butter
  • Seasoning ideas
  • coriander and cumin
  • Parmesan and truffle oil
  • paprika
  • sun dried tomato oil and basil

Method

  • Pour the popcorn into the bag and fold the top over a few times to shut.
  • You can tape it closed, but usually just folding is sufficient.
  • Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  • When it's all popped, empty into a bowl and get to seasoning.
  • Melted butter of course is classic, but you can mist olive over the top also.
  • Fat will help the spices stick but is totally optional.
