Ingredients
- 2 lb. scallops
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter and add spices to crackers.
- In 4 individual bowls, place 1/2 pound scallops per bowl, topped with cracker stuffing.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 people.
