Ingredients

  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts Or 8 Tenderloins
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Dry Italian Dressing Mix, Found In The Same Area As Salad Dressing
  • 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Bow Tie Noodles
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Or Chicken Soup
  • Chicken Stock (optional), To Thin The Sauce If Necessary

Method

  • Put your chicken in your crock pot on low.
  • Sprinkle the Italian dry dressing over the top and let it cook for 2 hours or until chicken is done.
  • About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat, boil your water for the noodles.
  • Place the noodles in the water when it begins to boil.
  • They should cook for about 10 minutes, or until the desired texture.
  • When chicken is cooked and your noodles are boiling, add cream cheese and soup to the crock pot.
  • Stir the mixture together and let cook about 15 more minutes or until you can stir it all together without lumps.
  • If you would like a thinner sauce, add a little chicken stock to the mix.
  • Once your noodles are done, serve them on a plate with the sauce over top.
  • I also like to add sauteed mushrooms on top.
  • Delicious!
