Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 lb. white almond bark
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. crisp rice cereal
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp. green maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
  • 1/3 c. flake coconut
  • 1 tsp. oil

Method

  • Microwave chips and 14 ounces of almond bark in bowl on High for 2 minutes.
  • Stir, continue microwaving 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth when stirred.
  • Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts. Pour into greased 11 x 14-inch dish.
  • Top with cherries; sprinkle with coconut.
