Ingredients

  • 4 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cup seasoned, stiff hot mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 10 oz frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Grease 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish.
  • Thoroughly combine chex & butter.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine potatoes, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, & broccoli.
  • Stir gently until well mixed.
  • Spread half of mixture in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of cheese, then half of crumbs.
  • Repeat.
  • Bake in 350F oven for 25 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
