Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy.
- Gradually add flour, beating at a low speed just until blended.
- Spoon dough into ungreased miniature muffin pans, filling full.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes approximately 1 1/2 dozen.
