Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms mooli Grated, Kadoo Kash Mooli
  • 4 kilograms wheat flour
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 cup methi Fresh Qasuri, Chopped
  • 10 green chillies chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seed crushed spoon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed whole
  • 3 teaspoons red chilli cutter
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 cup spring onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil /Butter for each paratha

Method

  • Mix all ingredient together, and make a dough . No need to add water.
  • Make dough nuts 8-10.
  • Make round chapati then bake/fry on tawa (Iron skillet) while applying oil/butter on medium flame.
  • Remove from tawa when cooked.
